This website has been developed by adelphi consult GmbH (Berlin, Germany) as part of the Expert Support Facility which provides technical assistance to the Private Finance for Energy Efficiency (PF4EE) instrument. The PF4EE instrument is a joint agreement between the European Investment Bank and the European Commission which addresses the limited access to adequate and affordable commercial financing for energy efficiency investments.
The Expert Support Facility was made possible with the support of the European Union through Life budget and the EIB.
